Pay: $23-$25/hr * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire * Start: ASAP * Environment: 100% In-Office (Parking Stipend Included)

A professional services firm in downtown Minneapolis is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support, office coordination, and customer service within a small, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong office administration, document management, and client support experience who enjoys working closely with attorneys, financial professionals, and real estate/title industry partners.


? Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phones, emails, and client communication with exceptional customer service.
  • Provide calendar management, meeting scheduling, and appointment coordination.
  • Support attorneys, financial planners, and internal team members with daily administrative tasks.
  • Perform document preparation, data entry, record keeping, and file management (digital + paper).
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, indexing, and document filing.
  • Maintain office supplies, support office operations, and ensure an organized workspace.
  • Assist with general office administration, reception duties, and client support services.
  • Work effectively in a small team environment (about 5 people) with a high level of professionalism.

? Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative support, office administration, or customer service.
  • Experience in banking, real estate, title, escrow, closing, or financial services office support.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, email communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong proficiency in document processing, data entry, filing systems, and office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, accurate, and detail-oriented administrative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
  • Someone seeking long-term, stable employment in an on-site role.
